POSITION SUMMARY:Assists owners in handling all aspects of the beer garden operation and maintaining a high level of guest experience. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure that every guesthas great memorable experience. Hire, train, develop and discipline hourly front of the house staff according to company policies. Maintain and always improve the training program. Build asupportive and cooperative professional environmentwith the team members. Oversee daily scheduling and assignment of duties to all FOH staff. Oversee inventory and ordering of products. Lead the hourly team to ensure a positive and happy environment while ensuring top performance. Maintain and update Toast POS, Resy, and other applications necessary for seamless operation. Manage P&L and meet financial performance goals. Oversee sales and execution of private events. Perform other duties as requested by ownership. Maintain active ABCA Manager license and DC DOH Food Manager license. This position is required to work on weekends,evening hours, and holidays. Other duties will be assigned as needed. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Fiveyears or more of progressive restaurant management experience is required; Expert knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint; Superb effective business writing skills; Excellent time-management skills; Impeccable personal presentation and sense of decorum.
